Policy Details

By confirming a booking and making full payment, the customer agrees to the following cancellation and refund terms:

  1. 1. Cancellation Timeline & Refund Percentage
    • 1.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour date – 100% refund of the total tour amount paid.
    • 1.2 Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date – 50% refund of the total tour amount paid.
    • 1.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date or on the day of the tourNo refund under any circumstances.
    • 1.4 No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the tour at the scheduled time and location without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
  2. 2. Method of Cancellation
    2.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the official WhatsApp number.
    2.2 Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  3. 3. Refund Processing & Non-Refundable Charges
    3.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
    3.2 Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
    3.3 Non-Refundable Charges: Any bank fees, payment gateway charges, or third-party service fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
